For the sake of easy understanding, here is an example: the customer customized the P10 full color outdoor led display on SightLED, 25 meters long, 10 meters wide and the total area is 250 square meters.

According to the size of P10 led display cabinet size is 960X960mm, it can be calculated

The quantity of led cabinet required for length: 20m ÷ 0.96m = 20.83 pcs
The quantity of led cabinet required for width: 12m ÷ 0.96m = 12.5 pcs

The actual size of led display will be: 21 pcs led cabinets in length and 13 pcs led cabinets in width.
Actual length: 21 × 0.96m = 20.16m
Actual width: 13 × 0.96m = 12.48m
Actual area: 20.16m × 12.48m = 251.6 sqm

According to the above calculation, the actual size (length 20.16 meters wide and 12.48 meters) has a certain error with the customer's required size (length 20 meters wide and 12 meters wide), and the result is reliable.

It is worth noting that the size of the led cabinet is not designed according to the quantity of led modules. Generally speaking, the led cabinet's area is basically between 0.5 sqm and 1.5 sqm. If it is too large, it will not convenient to install and transport;

if it is too small, it will increase the cost of the led display manufacturer.
