What should you do before installing a LED display?

1. Pre-exploration before LED display installation is important. The LED screen should be designed according to the on-site construction situation. The reasonable combination of the installation site and the screen is the first step of the LED display installation process.

2. The client may need professional technician’s guide. The customer may understand the construction of the steel structure, but may not know much about the wiring and assembly of the LED display. Therefore, a professional engineer is needed in this situation.

3.  Steel frame design: generally around 3-5 days after ordering the LED panel, the client should start the design of the installation frame and then make the frame ready before the shipment arrive.

4. Technical training of LED display: During the production process of the screen, the customer can send employees to our company to get trained, learn the operation of the LED display, trouble shooting and how to repair, etc.

5. Calculate the power consumption of the LED screen in order to use right power distribution facilities. In the early stage of installation, the power consumption of the screen and the size of the power distribution cabinet must be planned. We will calculate the power it needs and the client can make the power distribution plan according to this information.
